JACLaS was founded in 2012 with the goal of keeping members and affiliates up to date with the most current findings and developments in clinical laboratory diagnostics, and assisting in the general advancement of the field. To this end, the association has remained active in organizing exhibitions and facilitating a comprehensive and industry-wide sense of cooperation. Among the overseas affiliations fostered by JACLaS are partnerships with the American Association for Clinical Chemistry (AACC) and Messe Düsseldorf GmbH (MEDICA), organizers of two of the most notable clinical laboratory products and services expos held in the United States and Europe, respectively.

Local partnerships include associations with The Japan Fair Trade Council of the Medical Devices Industry (JFTC), Japan Association of Clinical Reagents Industries (JACRI), Japanese Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards (JCCLS), and Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise-Japan (IHE-J).

SEPMAG is happy to announce that our products and services will be on display, made available by Japanese distributor VERITAS CORPORATION in the JACLaS Expo exhibit hall. Participants interested in learning more about our magnetic separation equipment and systems are welcome to stop by. Specialists will be on hand to address any questions or concerns, and assist with protocol design and development.

While there are no organized talks scheduled as part of the Expo, a guided tour of the exhibit floor can be arranged at no additional cost. The tour can accommodate a maximum of five participants and should be reserved ahead of time. More information about the Expo can be obtained on the organization’s website.
